Delegating
We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your assignment and payment secure, but as long as there is no negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gets an authorised access to the data you provide when using the website.
Contract creation
When you delegate an errand on the website, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your assignment. Confirming your assignment represents an offer from you to us to purchase a service, which is accepted when we send the e-mail confirmation. Pricing
Prices calculated for your errand assignment are inclusive of standard reasonable waiting time but not road tolls, unplanned waiting or other additional charges incurred during the completion of your errand due to changes initiated by you after starting the errand or unanticipated circumstances. Charges added to the price due to these service additions will be calculated and charged to your credit card after completion of the errand. We shall inform you of any extra charges to be made to your credit card together with a breakdown of what makes up the total amount.
Description of service
You provide the description of the service to be provided by us when you delegate your errand to us either online or by phone. This includes places to go to, items to pick up and other details you provide to us.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details and descriptions are adhered to, although we may substitute items and change details with your permission.
Insurance
Loss damage- what is covered?
The value of any item that may be lost while in our possession.
Any consequential loss suffered as a result of the lost item is not covered.
